Those are 2 SL*18, 1 SL*13 and 1 SL*25 magnetic ballasted compact fluorescent bulbs which I own in my collection that are at their end of life. I have also a lot of SL bulbs which are fine in my collection, I keep these exhausted lamps for parts if I need them (the ballasts and the prismatic glass cover)
