Square Sandwich Buns

Here's the recipe: The baking pan used is 11"x 16" jelly roll pan.
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup scalded whole milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons yeast
2 tablespoons oil
3 3/4 cups bread flour more or less to make a thin dough
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees
Brush tops with melted butter then cool on wire rack.
