Cute Cutout Sugar Cookie Recipe No Spread No Chill No Fail~!

How to make crunchy cutout sugar cookies that don't spread or require endless hours of chilling~!! I forgot to mention where i got the cookie cutters i used: round cutter is from the dollar store, imprint Japanese character cutters are from the asian dollar store Daiso, and the Wilton princess cutters are from Michaels.

***Note: If you live somewhere really hot and humid, or if it's a hot summer day-i would suggest that you chill the cutout cookies for about 15 mins or so to firm up before you bake them~!!
