Smoked Mac & Cheese
Ingredients:

Cheese sauce 
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 600ml milk
- 200g mature cheddar
- 200g red Lester
- 100g mozzarella

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 200g soft cream cheese
- 2 chicken stock cubes
- Panko bread crumbs
- 350g pre-cooked macaroni
Grill Tips:

- Light and have the bottom vent fully open
- Look for a 150c temp on the grill
