Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Trimax Razor Ultra Max adjustable aluminum two ball mount for your two and a half inch trailer hitch receiver. So this is an adjustable drop hitch, so you're gonna be able to fine tune the height of your trailer connection so that everything is going to stay level while you're towing. In this orientation, this is going to give you about a 10 inch drop, and then when you flip the shank over, you're gonna get about a 10 inch rise. So you're gonna be able to easily adjust this in one inch increments.

It's gonna be really easy to dial in that exact height that you are looking for. As you know, aluminum is much lighter than steel, so this is gonna be a lot easier to handle when you're installing it, adjusting the height, or just taking it off and on your truck. That's gonna make a big difference if you're moving it around or you just don't want to deal with a heavy hitch. Now another benefit of using aluminum is going to be the corrosion resistance. Aluminum doesn't rust like steel, so it's gonna tend to hold up better over time, especially if you're in areas with a lot of rain, snow, or road salt.

So I'm just kind of walking you through how easy this is going to be to get the height adjustment that you're looking for and I just swap the ball from the two and five 16 inch to the two inch. And then also another option that this gives you is when you are not using this, you can stow this. So you just put the ball platform at the back of the shank just like that. You'll secure it with your pin and clip. So when you're walking behind your truck, you're not gonna have to worry about potentially damaging your shins by hitting the ball.

So that's another great feature that this is going to give you. So I'm gonna line up the holes again here, and this is going to give you right at 20,000 pounds of towing capacity. And then you're also going to get 2,000 pounds of tongue weight. So this is gonna be able to handle most heavy duty towing jobs. And again, a dual ball mount.

So you're gonna get that two inch and two and five 16 inch ball. So you're gonna be able to tow different types of trailers without having to swap out the whole hitch. And I took some measurements before our time together just so you have a good idea of the size. So measuring from the center of the first hitch pin hole to the center of the ball, we're sitting right at about nine and three quarters inches. Moving to the center of the second hitch pin hole, about 10 and three quarters inches. And then from the center of the second hitch pin hole to the end of the shank, about one and three quarters inches. We do have this available in other rises or drops. So if you're looking for something that's greater than this or less than this, we do have those available also for different shank sizes in different materials as well. I think that's gonna wrap up our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
