Hi everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the Hydrastar Electric Over-Hydraulic Actuator Adapter Module for the GM brake controller. So folks, if you have a 2024 to current GM OEM brake controller, this is gonna let you use that Hydrastar Electric Over-Hydraulic Actuator with that GM OEM brake controller. It's gonna prevent those fault mattresses, you're probably getting disabled trailer brake warnings and other service alerts on your end dash display. So again, folks, it only works on the designed for trailers that are equipped with Hydrastar Electric Over-Hydraulic break systems.

It's gonna install in line with the blue brake controller wire and it is marked there, T for the one side, H for the other. So that lead, that's gonna help you make sure you're getting it installed correctly. Now this will not affect operation when towing the same trailer with other vehicle brands or anything like that, so you don't have to worry about that.
