養生壺蘋果雪梨椰子湯

材料:
象牙椰子片10克
華盛頓蘋果2個
雪梨2個
南北杏10克
陳皮1角

程序:
1. 洗乾淨養生壺。
2. 陳皮,清水浸軟。
3. 蘋果,清水洗乾淨,去芯。
4. 雪梨,清水洗乾淨,去芯。
5. 蘋果,切粒,放壺內。
6. 雪梨,切粒,放壺內。
7. 在壺內加入清水1升。
8. 椰子片及南北杏,清水洗乾淨,放壺內。
9. 用“煲湯功能”,煲30-40分鐘。
10. 完成,可享用。

Tagua nut slice 10g
Washington apples 2 Nos.
Pears 2 Nos.
Apricot kernels 10g
Dried orange peel 1 pc

Steps:
1. Rinse a health pot.

4. Pears, rinse with tap water. Remove seeds.
5. Apples, dice in cubes. Put in the pot.
