Termessos Ruins is one of Türkiye’s most breathtaking ancient cities, dramatically perched atop Güllük Mountain in the Pisidia region. Located in Döşemealtı, Antalya, this site offers a rare blend of natural grandeur and historical depth.

There’s no direct public bus to Termessos, but you can do this:
From Antalya Otogar, take a minibus toward Korkuteli
Ask to be dropped near the Güllük Dağı turnoff
From there, hike or take a taxi (~9 km uphill) to the ruins

📍 Termessos is perched over 1,000 meters above sea level in the Taurus Mountains. Its dramatic setting and untouched ruins have earned it the nickname “Machu Picchu of Turkey.” Even Alexander the Great couldn’t conquer it.
