Making an EPROM Adapter and Burning Amiga Kickstart ROMs - TL866 MiniPro

This project was kindly sponsored by https://www.PCBWay.com! Today we are going to bring a Commodore Amiga A600 Back to life. It has a broken Kickstart ROM, but my Minipro TL866 doesn't support the 27C400 EPROM devices. We're going to build an adapter, then copy and burn the data to a new EPROM. Finally we'll test to see if the broken Amiga boots!
