Loading Games in a Post Cassette World - TZXDuino

In this series of videos I'll be looking at how enthusiasts have adapted vintage computers to work in a post-cassette world. In this video it's the turn of the TZXDuino, aka CASDuino, MAXDuino or ArduiTape.

This device emulates a cassette player and reads emulator files stored on the SD card, output the appropriate screechy tape loading noise on its audio output jack.

At time of writing, the devices supports the ZX80, ZX81, Jupiter Ace, Spectrum, Electron, Amstrad CPC and BBC, and with different firmware, the Dragon 32 and MSX series of computers.

This particular TZXDuino was built from a kit provided by Stephen Vickers. A video of me assembling it can be found here:
