I lived in this GORGEOUS Italian town for 3 months in 2020! // Sestri Levante, Liguria

For 3 months last summer/autumn in 2020, as part of my semester abroad in Italy as a student of Italian, I lived in the gorgeous seaside town of Sestri Levante on the Italian Riviera in Liguria. It truly felt like the closest place I had ever been to a fairytale-like paradise (it was home to Hans Christian Andersen for a short time, after all!) and in this video I show you a little bit of it, as well as share with you some memories of my daily life there. Enjoy!

(Apologies for the lower quality of this video compared with my most recent ones - I was still only filming on my phone when I made this! All of the actual video footage I took was filmed in October, however, some pictures, such as the thumbnail of this video, I took earlier on during my stay there.)

Hello! My name's Sarah and I'm a 22-year-old undergrad student, originally from London, but moved to Nottingham where I spent most of my teenage years, and now I'm in my third year studying (mainly) German and Italian at the University of Bath! I'm currently on my 'year abroad' in which I'm doing an internship in a small business in Italy before (hopefully) studying at university in Berlin, Germany next semester.
