IRONMAN TRIATHLON TRAINING (Strength Endurance Run Session)

TriNation got to catch an Ironman workout with professional Ironman triathlete Fergus Roberts and Stirling Elite Ironman athlete and Stirling University head triathlon coach Andrew Woodroffe while in Portugal before a big summer season of racing!

Main Session:
30 minutes @tempo pace
90 seconds recovery
5X3 minutes @race pace
60 seconds recovery in between
