4個蔥花捲份量材料:
中筋粉 200g
酵母 2g
糖 8g
鹽 0.5g
水 94g
蔥油 10g (如無可用菜油)

調味:
椒鹽粉
或海鹽+黑/白胡椒粉

Ingredient for making 4 Scallion Buns:
ALL purpose flour 200g
Yeast 2g
Sugar 8g
Salt 0.5g
Water 94g
Scallion oil / Vegetable oil 10g

Others
Salt and pepper
Or sea salt + black / white pepper
