[零失敗]家常梅菜扣肉,皮嫩肉爛,入口即溶!一睇就識一做就會! Pork With Preserved Vegetable/Chinese Pork Belly Mei Cai

材料:
新鮮五花腩 750g
姜 6~8片
蔥 1條
紹興酒 少許
甜梅菜 約300g
鹽 1茶匙
雞粉 1茶匙
糖 3茶匙
生抽 1湯匙半
老抽 1湯匙
南乳 25克
花雕酒 2湯匙

甜梅菜調味:
蒜蓉 1湯匙
生抽 1湯匙
糖3大湯匙
老抽 1湯匙
水適量過面就可

Ingredient:
Fresh Pork Belly 750g
Ginger 6 ~ 8 slices
1 spring onion
Shaoxing wine just little
Preserved vegetables 300g
1 teaspoon salt
Fermented red beancurd 25g
1 teaspoon chicken powder
3 teaspoons sugar
1.5 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
Huadiao wine 2 tablespoons

Seasoning for preserved vegetables:
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
Water just enough for covering the preserved vegetables is fine
