In this video, I discuss the different light qualities as they pertain to food photography, and I go over an often misunderstood aspect of light when describing a certain quality.

Learning food photography lighting techniques can be great, but being able to describe and adequately explain light in photography is the single best skill I've learned in my growth as a photographer and I want to share it. I hope it's helpful!
