At Home | Sabrina Ghayour's Sticky Harissa Chicken | Waitrose

Iranian-born chef and best-selling author Sabrina Ghayour cooks up this sticky, sweet and spicy chicken dish from her home kitchen in Yorkshire.

This dish, from Sabrina's latest book Simply, is super-easy to make and ready in 30 minutes. It uses Waitrose Cooks’ Ingredients Ruby Rose Harissa for a burst of middle eastern flavour, plus honey for sweetness, topped with pistachio nuts and sesame seeds for crunch.

Ingredients:
500g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Vegetable oil, for frying
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp garlic granules
3 tbsp clear honey
2 tbsp Cooks’ Ingredients Harissa Paste
25g sesame seeds, toasted
50g pistachio nuts, roughly chopped
Sea salt flakes
Freshly ground pepper
