Saeco Xelsis - How to clean and maintain your Saeco Xelsis machine | SM75XX series

How to clean and maintain (applicable for SM75XX series e.g. SM7580, SM7581):
(0:11) Daily cleaning with HygieSteam
(1:00) Weekly cleaning of milk system
(2:12) Monthly cleaning of the milk system
(3:56) Weekly cleaning of the brew group
(5:55) Monthly cleaning of the brew group
(7:00) Lubricating the brew group
(7:39) Cleaning the drip tray
(8:00) Cleaning the coffee grounds container
(8:19) Cleaning the water tank
(8:39) Replacing the AquaClean filter

Daily cleaning with HygieSteam
1. Press the Clean icon to enter the cleaning menu and select HygieSteam
3. Press START/STOP button to start the process
4. Connect the flexible milk tube to the internal cappuccinatore
5. Place the metal milk tube in its holder on the left side of the machine and press the Start/Stop button to start HygieSteam
6. After heating up, the cleaning process starts
! Caution: metal milk tube gets hot during and after HygieSteam
Weekly cleaning of the milk system
1. Open the spout door and disconnect the flexible milk tube from the cappuccinatore and pull it down
2. Disassemble all parts and rinse all components with lukewarm water
3. Reassemble all parts and place back the cappuccinatore by moving it upward until it locks into place, close the spout door
Monthly cleaning of the milk system: Use the Philips milk circuit cleaner (CA6705) for the Deep Milk Clean Cycle
1. Press the Clean icon to enter the cleaning menu, select Deep Milk Clean and press OK to confirm
2. Press start/stop button to start the deep clean, make sure the
cappuccinatore is inserted and the spout door closed
3. Fill the water tank up to the MAX level and press OK to confirm
4. Pour the contents of the circuit cleaner cachet in the milk container and fill the milk container with water to 600 ml level, press OK to confirm"
5. Connect the flexible milk tube to the cappuccinatore, press OK
to confirm, place the metal milk tube back into the milk container
6. Place a container under the spout
7. After heating up, the deep clean process starts: remove and
empty the container and remove the water tank
8. Rinse the milk container, place the metal milk tube in its holder
on the left side of the machine
9. Press the Clean icon, perform a HygieSteam (starts after heating up) ! Caution: metal milk tube gets hot during and after HygieSteam !
