Chest Freezer Work Surface: Sorting Body Mount Bushings

Using the chest freezer work surface to sort and pre-assemble a set of polyurethane body mount bushings for a customer order.

We put together many polyurethane bushing kits and always like to make sure they are complete. We also have kits that involve items from a number of different sources that we have to put together. This large work surface is great for this task as it's always clear and ready to use. Dump out the box, sort out and assemble the contents, bag the finished kit and when the top is clear, the task is done.

This top weighs in at 8 lbs. or 3.6 kg. It's easy to remove and lean up against a wall if needed, although I leave it on all the time.
