Vegan Chocolate Mousse Recipe with Coconut Cream (Dairy Free)

You should know by now my love affair with chocolates. Yes, I am in love with chocolates! Period! No commas, no dashes, no question marks just period! lol
So, here is another recipe that came out with my relationship with chocolates. Guilt free, rich and decadent chocolate mousse. The key to this recipe are:
1. Good quality chocolate
2. The right Coconut cream
These 2 will guarantee you a gorgeous mousse texture. By the way, this is not just a mouse, you can actually use it as a cake frosting as well. Amazing right?

Vegan Chocolate Mousse Recipe!
~INGREDIENTS~
180g Organic Chocolate
250ml Coconut Cream
A pinch of Salt
Mixed Berries, for serving
100ml #EASEANDFLOW
~METHOD~
Fill a pot with water and set a stainless steel bowl on top of the pot to create a bain marie.
Add the chocolate to the bowl and allow it to melt on medium-high while giving it an occasional stir.
In a food processor, beat the coconut cream and salt while gradually pouring in the melted chocolate.
Once all is mixed, transfer the chocolate mousse to a jar and let it chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
Top the mousse with mixed berries and enjoy!
