Just before President Uhuru Kenyatta destroyed 105 tonnes of elephant ivory and 1.35 tonnes of rhino horn plus hundreds of CITES-listed skins (black and white colobus monkeys, leopards, lions, servals, pythons, etc), John Scanlon, Secretary-General of the UN Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora gave me this powerful interview.
