Upper Back Pilates Stretches

These upper back pilates stretches will help you release pain and tightness in the upper back, shoulders and neck. This area of the upper back can get especially tight if you sit a lot, have rounded shoulders and a forward head posture (think: working at the computer!). In this pilates workout, we'll work on increasing the mobility and flexibility in your upper back, while also improving the range of motion in your shoulders.
For props, you'll need a large towel or blanket to sit on and also a foam roller. This video is appropriate for beginners or any level.
