1. Dips- 10 reps x 2 sets
2. Assisted iron cross- 10 reps x 2 sets
3. Chest fly- 10 reps x 2 sets
4. Archer push ups- 10 reps x 2 sets
5. Pike push ups- 10 reps x 2 sets
6. Inverted shrugs- 10 reps x 2 sets
7. Tricep press- 10 reps x 2 sets
8. Tricep press single- 10 reps x 2 sets
9. Tricep extension variation- 10 reps x 2 sets
