Spartacus Workout Transformation Challenge WINNER | Randy Santel

In 2010, Randy Santel won the National Men's Health/Spartacus Transformation Challenge. I went from 248lbs down to a RIPPED 223lbs in only 2 short months. It took A LOT of exercise, lifting, & working out, along with precise and dedicated nutrition. My buddy & I got flown to Auckland, New Zealand, to be on the set of Spartacus: Gods of the Arena on the STARZ network, the prequel to Spartacus: Blood & Sand. On the last day, I got to be filmed in a scene on episode 3 of the series titled Paterfamilias. It was a GREAT TIME and I met all the stars of the show!! Here is the trailer produced by STARZ of my trip on the set of Spartacus. It was definitely a once in a lifetime experience!!

He is not in the video, but I got to meet & eat lunch with Andy Whitfield. I will never forget it!! Andy was very excited about Season 2. He was a very nice man and he was giving me trouble about all the carbohydrates on my plate! RIP Andy Whitfield.
