How to find and receive help for mental health with @Millygfit and @mycoachbenji

At the beginning of October, we hosted a Mental Health livestream with some of our ambassadors to get the conversation going on mental health. In this video, we hear from Ben Haldon & Amelia Goldsmith on how they sought help during tough times.

@mycoachbenji is a fitness coach and personal trainer who strongly believes in being open about asking for help & support with mental health and encourages other people, especially men, to do the same. He talks about the importance of taking steps to be 'proactive' about protecting mental health, rather than just being 'reactive' once reaching breaking point.

@Millygfit is a fitness & lifestyle influencer who has personal experience of living with and overcoming an eating disorder. She is now a vocal advocate for normalising and talking about weight gain to try and help others going through similar struggles.
