Homemade Celery Seed Salad Dressing

Here's an easy and delicious salad dressing that brings a sweet, celery seed flavor to your favorite salad. It's also a good job for your blender (vintage or otherwise)!

1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar)
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 tsp grated onion
1 cup oil (vegetable, corn or canola)

A blender works best for this recipe. Combine dry ingredients and add to blender. Add lemon juice, grated onion and vinegar. Blend until combined with dry ingredients. With blender running, slowly drizzle in oil. Mixture should be smooth and thick. Transfer to a jar with tight fitting lid and refrigerate.
