40 min Vin to Yin | Strong & Calm | Hips & Hamstring Focus | All Levels
Greetings!
Today's yoga class is CALM & STRONG (& sweaty! lol). We focus on opening up the hips and hamstrings, with poses like surfers lunge and exalted. The first 2 rounds are slow, so that we can really learn the flow and marinate in the postures. We then pick up the pace and intensity moving with the breathe for the last 2 rounds. This flow, is also very meditative as you are able to flow with breath through postures you've already familiarized yourself with. We end this class with some Yin poses to really balance us out and harmonize our practice. #yoga #vinyasayoga #yinyoga #vintoyinyoga #vintoyin
Always, be mindful when we reach the Yin segment to take it easy and never go beyond your edge.
My hope is that you will SWEAT, feel STRONG and CALM by the end of this practice.
YOU WILL NEED: 2 BLOCKS (for the yin component)
