THOUSANDS in New York City at EMERGENCY ACTION for RAFAH!

On Tuesday, May 7, 2024, The People's Forum held a rally and march in support of Rafah, Gaza; Palestine in Manahatta, Lenapehoking (Manhattan, New York City).

Palestine supporters gathered in Union Square Park. After the rally, people marched to the New York Public Library (NYPL) In Bryant Park. After the NYPL, people marched to the last Gaza Solidarity Encampment at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) on West 27 and 8 Ave.

Zionist New York City mayor Eric Adams, NYPD officers arrested the Co-Executive Director of The People's Forum and researcher at Tricontinental: Institute for Social Research, Manolo De Los Santos, and other PEACEFUL New Yorkers marching against apartheid israel, the Gaza HOLOCAUST.

On 5/7/2024, The Fashion Institute of Technology, zionist Eric Adams, NYPD cops arrested students protesting against Israel apartheid, the Gaza GENOCIDE.

Instead of divesting from GENOCIDE, the Fashion Institute of preferred to ask zionist Eric Adams to arrest PEACEFUL students.

The Gaza Solidarity Encampment at FIT was the last student encampment in NYC.

(On 5/8/2024, faculty at The New School started the "Refaat Alareer Solidarity Encampment." This is the first faculty encampment in the USA.)

"Today, Israel’s war cabinet unanimously resolved to continue their invasion of Rafah despite the Palestinian resistance’s agreement to a ceasefire proposal that has been approved by all other parties.

This blatant continuation of the genocide against the Palestinian people being carried out by Israel and funded by the U.S. will not stand.

The people of the world stand are united against the genocide of the Palestinian people.

We demand an end to the genocide, an immediate and permanent ceasefire, and the full liberation of Palestine from the river to the sea!," said The People's Forum on 5/6/2024.

Israel is initiating its deadly attacks on Rafah, the last place of refuge for more than a million Palestinians. Rafah, the most densely populated place on earth will experience grave levels of death and destruction.
