How I lost 50 Pounds!! 8 EASY TIPS TO LOSE WEIGHT THAT ACTUALLY WORKS!!
After YEARS of struggling with my weight and trying almost everything you can think of, in 2020 I decided to do something about it! This was a huge part of my commitment to pour into myself everyday, and in one year I lost 50 pounds! I had just recently lost my grandfather-- whom I love so dearly, was fighting depression, dealing with some health issues, and was overall fed up with being overweight and I wanted to change my life for the better. This is a continuing journey for me, but I created this video in hopes of inspiring someone.
I remember envisioning this moment whenever I felt discouraged or unmotivated with my weight loss journey... Honestly guys, if I can do it, YOU CAN!!! It first begins with a MIND SHIFT. Once I set my mind to it and got organized, it slowly begin to manifest. There's so much more I could share and there's definitely more to come, but to keep it as short and simple as possible I've narrowed it down to 8 super easy steps you can take to start losing weight and keep it off! I followed these tips when I was losing weight, and still continue to follow some of them to this day.
Disclaimer: I am not a health/diet professional, but am simply sharing things that I have done that have worked for me and so many other women I know. What works for me, may not work for you though so please just keep this in mind when trying these steps.
