The dressing...
Timaree’s Refreshing Orange Basil Dressing is a fun variation of the Mango Dressing that is on her website as part of an article with LOTS of meal planning tips - https://thenutritionprofessor.com/meal-planning-wisdom/ (simply swap out whole oranges/mandarins/tangerines - zested and peeled, for the mango and basil for the cilantro/parsley)!

The dip...
Mia's Banana Chocolate Spread/Dip
1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen and slightly thawed)
~1-2 Tbsp raw cacao* or unsweetened cocoa powder (amount based on preference)
*use 1-2 tsp of Maca powder for a chocolate-free version
1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon
Optional Mix-ins:
1/2 tsp Chai Spice Blend or Pumpkin Pie Spice (in book and at www.TheNutritionProfessor.com)
1-2 tsp ground flax seeds
1 Tbsp walnuts
1 Tbsp nut or seed butter
Procedure: Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork and incorporate the other ingredients! Enjoy as a dip with fresh strawberries or slices of apples or pears.

The Dessert... So good for you, you'll actually be healthier after you eat it!
An Acai Bowl that "Raises the Bar!"
1 (100g) pouch frozen Acai (fruit only - no other ingredients)
1 frozen banana (very ripe)
1/4 cup black beans (kidney beans work great, too), cooked from dry without salt or canned (no salt added), rinsed well
2-3 tsp ground flax
1/4 tsp amla powder
Foodie Bar Toppings
Kiwi
Blueberries (or any fresh or frozen berry!)
Hemp hearts (if not restricting nut/seed intake)
Dried mulberries
Fresh mint (from the garden)
Procedure: Combine the ingredients in a food processor and run until it resembles "soft serve." Have fun with the toppings, "Foodie Bar Style" to add even more color, texture and phytonutrients! Savor every spoonful!
