USA: "We love Joe" - Supporters rally in Wilmington to cheer Biden during his speech

Supporters of Democratic nominee Joe Biden gathered by his campaign headquarters at the Chase Center in Wilmington, Delaware, on Friday evening, to cheer the former vice president during his speech.

Biden supporters were seen waving US and 'Biden' flags, while chanting 'We love Joe' and 'Let's go Biden.' Once Biden's address started, many were watching the live broadcast on their phones.

"I'm very proud of the message that he had. It was completely countered to the divisive tone that the Trump administration has been taking over the last four years," said Mariana, a Biden supporter.

"We came mostly because we've expected his acceptance speech tonight. Unfortunately, it seems like the ballots are not coming in the way that we expected. But, I was pretty happy from what I've heard from his speech because he sounds like, you know, he's really gonna try to bring the country back together," commented Stefany, another supporter.

After pulling ahead in Pennsylvania, Biden continues to hold a lead over Trump.
