I was definitely impressed.

And also honored that I got a chance to work on her spine.

Which was in fact, broken.

Literally.

Competitive preadolescent sports are... somewhat risky.

A pars interarticularis defect with anteriolistehesis is no joke.

YOU CAN NOT PUSH INTO THIS SEGMENT.

It will only make things worse.

If I didn't have the MRI report I would not have done that L5 adjustment.

But at least the info gatherers and future chiros of the world got to look at a few new things.

Like a Category III which included Basic and Advanced Cat III maneuvers.
And the diaphragm release to, this has quickly become one of my favorite maneuvers over the last few months. And THE ONLY way to adjust an anteriolisthesis!

And guess what, after a handful of visits, this patient has been DISCHARGED and can come in on an AS-NEEDED basis.

Of course, with an anteriolisthesis and an active lifestyle, she will need to be tuned up in the future. But for now, we've reduced pain and increased function so that she can live her best life.

And that's what it's all about my friends.
