One of the first videos I ever made was a 10 min basic kung fu warm-up and stretch routine, and it is one of the most popular videos on my Channel and that video was made over 5 years ago!

I thought in celebration of us reaching 50k subscribers and getting over the 5 year mark on YouTube, today I would like to share with you an Updated version of Kung Fu Warm-Up and Stretch Routine, this time is 20 minutes.

This is a great routine to do before any training or if you are short on time just this on it so own is a good workout to do.
