BRONZE & SILVER ERA METHODS TO BRING OUT CHISELED MUSCULAR DETAIL

In this video we look at a theory that Joe Weider talked about in 1950. He, after much research noticed that Silver Era bodybuilders were bulky, and not ripped like their counterparts in the Bronze Era, and according to him, it had much to do with their training methods. He therefore concluded that by combining Weightlifting or Progressive resistance training (as performed in the Silver Era) with the practice of Isometric contraction or the Light Dumbbell System (as practiced in the Bronze Era), one could develop a muscular and ripped physique. Enjoy!
