COVID-19 Powerlifting Meet | Squat Bench Deadlift

COVID-19 Powerlifting Meet. Since My powerlifting Meet was canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak, i decided to take my meet in house. I used the USPA guidelines for appropriate equipment and went to work.

Powerlifting meets start off with 3 squat attempts. Squat Attempt 1 was 515, squat attempt 2 was 535, squat attempt 3 was 550. I think I nailed all 3 attempts, but let me know what you think.

The second event in a powerlifting meet is the bench press. I think I missed my first two bench press attempts but rallied at the end with a clean 355.

The final event in a powerlifting meet is the deadlift. I think I nailed all 3 attempts with a 565 opener, 585 second attempt, and finished with a 610 deadlift.

I hope the Covid-19 outbreak clears up soon so we can all get back to normal and get back in the gym.
