Son Wants to Save Dad’s Art in Church Slated for Demolition
Ted Ormai wants to save art that his father created nearly 80 years ago. His father John painted religious-themed frescoes in the Zion First Hungarian Lutheran Church, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Now that church is slated for demolition. “What I'm interested in doing is preserving part of the murals that are in the church, which is in the section that's going to be demolished,” Ormai told Inside Edition Digital.
