- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 3⅓ cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- ⅓ cup milk

For the flan layer:

- 1 cup milk
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (approx. 14 oz)
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract

For the caramel nest & sauce:

- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 3 tbsp chopped pistachios

For the topping:

- ½ cup chopped pistachios
