Mung Bean Pancake | Whole Moong Pancake | Green Gram Pancake Recipe | High Protein Pancake Recipe

Ingredients Are:

1. Soaked moong - 1 cup
2. Green chilli - 4
3. Ginger - 2 inch
4. Salt to taste
5. Cilantro - 2 tbsp
6. Onion - 1 grated
7. Tomato - 1 grated

Here is the Recipe:

- Firstly soak moong bean 4 hours or overnight.
- After night remove the water and transfer moon in blending jar.
- Add littel water, green chilli,and ginger.
- Blend it well and transfer into bowl.
- Now add cilantro, grated tomato, grated onion and salt.
- Mix it well all the ingredients.
- Now heat a griddle or heavy-bottomed pan on medium heat.
- When hot, add a few drops of cooking oil to it and swirl to coat all sides of the pan.
- Now pour a ladle full of batter into the pan and lightly use the ladle to spread the batter into a circular shape from the center outwards.
- Make a circle of diameter roughly 6 inches. Cook for 1 minute.
- Drizzle with a little oil and lift the edges of the pancake to allow oil to go under it.
- Flip now and cook till the other side is golden too.
- Remove from pan and serve immediately with chutneys of your choice.
- Enjoy the breakfast or dinner with high protein moong bean pancake.
