Ingredients:
*For Paneer/Chenna
1.full cream milk - 1 ltr
2.vinegar - 2 tbsp

*For Sugar Syrup:
1.sugar - 1 cup
2.water - 4 cup
3.cardamom - 2

Recipe:
-fristly take boil the milk in vessel.
-get to a boil for one boil.stir occasionally.
-after add vinegar and stir well.
-milk will curdles and turn off the flame.
-and immediately drain the curdled milk into the hand kerchief.
-pour a cool water and clean the paneer.
-furthermore, bring it together and squeeze off excess water.
-hang for 20 minutes. or till all the water drains off completely.
-after 20 minutes, start to knead the paneer.
-knead paneer till it turns out smooth without any grains of milk.
-furthermore, make small balls of paneer and keep aside.

SUGAR SYRUP RECIPE:
-firstly, in a deep pan take a sugar and water.
-stir well.also add cardamom.
-boil the syrup for 10 minutes on medium flame.
-after that, drop the prepared paneer balls into boiling sugar syrup.
-cover and boil for 25 minutes. the paneer balls will have doubled in size.
-furthermore, keep aside till it cools completely and then refrigerate.
-finally, bengoli rasgulla is ready to eat.
