Ingredients:
1.moth bean sprouts - 1 cup
2.tomato - 1 (finely chooped)
3.onion - 1 (finely chopped)
4.carrot - 2 tbsp(finely chopped)
5.cilantro - 2 tbps
6.salt to taste
7.black papper powder - 1 tbsp
8.chat masala - 1 tbsp
9.coriander powder - 1 tbsp
11.roasted cumin powder - 1 tbsp
12.green chilli paste - 1/2 tbsp
13.lime juice - 1/2 lemon
14.raw mango powder - 1 tbsp
15.roated peanuts - 1/4 cup

Recipe:
-fristly soak moth bean for overnight.
-after that wash it to twise and remove the water.
-furthermore, cover the beans with a lid and place them in the dark place for 1 day or overnight.
-you will see thet your sprouts will grown.rinse them before use.
-after that trasfer to moth bean sprouts in mixing bowl.
-add tomato,onion,carrot, and cilantro.
-further add salt,coriander powder, papper powder, roasted cumin powder, chat masala and raw mango powder.
-also add lime juice and roasted peanuts.
-mix well all the ingredients.
-finally, healthy moth bean sprouts salad is ready to eat.
