Weight Loss Coach Reacts to Lose Belly Fat Overnight

Today I’m reacting to this video that went crazy viral (over 1 MILLION views!) claiming to help you burn belly fat while you’re sleeping. As a weight loss coach I wanted to let you guys know if anything in this video is accurate and if it’s actually going to work. It seems like all of us are chasing a small waist, slim waist, or flat stomach which is why it’s no surprise that this video went viral.

But the truth is that most small waist workout, or flat stomach workout, or exercise to lose stomach fat are BS. That doesn’t mean it’s impossible to lose belly fat, but you just need to know the truth about how to achieve it.

The particular strategies in this video are massage for weight loss and the vacuum exercise. There isn’t very much evidence at all to support this strategy on how to get a small waist but I explain why vacuums MIGHT actually work.
