Join me for this 15 Minute No Equipment Lower Body Circuit Workout at home!
This strength HIIT workout is designed to strengthen your hamstrings, quads, calves, and glutes while keeping your legs long and lean.
Modifications and advancements are given to make this workout beginner and intermediate friendly as well as modifications to make it low impact with no jumping.
Lets get those Strong bootys and thighs!
