THIGH TONING PILATES Floor Workout | No Equipment At Home Routine

Tone and sculpt those thighs with this 15 minute No equipment home Mat Pilates routine!
This thigh toning workout will strengthen the muscles in your legs (inner thighs and outer thighs as well as hamstrings and quadriceps) and also stretch them out to keep those muscles looking long and lean!
All of the exercises are done on the floor and are low impact, add to that the clear instructions and it's the perfect routine for anyone from beginners to advanced.
