6 AB exercises : 1 Minute
High knees : 30 Seconds
Rest : 30 Seconds

I need you to do 6 Different Ab exercises targeting different parts of your abs (as you can see in the video). For each ab exercise you will do it for 1 minute then go straight into High knees for 30 seconds followed by a 30 second rest.
