1 kg boneless skinless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
1 thumb-size fresh ginger, peeled and very finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, fine julienne
4 tbsp honey
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground pepper
 
Stir Fry
2 tbsp oil
1 medium red chilli, deseeded and fine julienned
1 medium green chilli, deseeded and fine julienned
 
 
Simmer
1 cup chicken stock
