¿Es el AZÚCAR un VENENO ADICTIVO o es un MITO?

Es muy frecuente ver afirmaciones sobre el azúcar asegurando que es adictivo y también es un veneno, pero también podemos oír expertos que aseguran que eso son dos mitos. En este vídeo voy a anaalizar sobre estas dos cuestiones y a responderlas.
