This is Lesson 3 of my Microsoft Project hands-on training couse. In this lesson I show how to add and work with project resources, covering:

- The Resource Sheet View
- Entering Data about Available Resources
- Types of Resource (Work, Material, Cost)
- Assigning Resources to Tasks
- Viewing Resource Allocations, including Over-Allocations
- Modifying Resource Assignments
