Top 8 rules for building muscle! All of these rules are integral when it comes to trying to put on size, muscle mass and have biceps bigger than your head*. There's nothing too out there either, as really, muscle building is actually quite simple. The hard part comes in how long it takes and the hard work it takes to get there. This is why it's always important to find a gym routine and diet that works for you, because then you will look forward to your day-to-day life and not just be focused on the end result.

With that said, there is no end result! You could put on 10lb of lean muscle mass and then want an extra 5lb of lean muscle mass. That's just how the human brain works...
