With that said, the video itself is excellent with a very simple and accessible information about how you can do away with bulking and cutting to instead of focusing on making 'smarter' gym gains as you keep your body fat low while using what you have at your disposal to increase your muscle mass.
Not only is this better in the sense you're not going to run the risk of putting on too much bad weight, or losing too much muscle, but it'll just be so much easier to manage as you also have to deal with normal life. Do not forget you are NOT A PRO BODYBUILDER! Unless you are. And if so, hello! If not, though, you have to balance fitness, working out and the gym with everything else. Not bulking for 6 months and the cutting for another 4 and just making all this part of your life can somethings be the key.
