The PERFECT Skating position - 4 check points to make sure your skating position is on point!

Demonstration and guidelines to the ideal skating position! Go through all the checkpoints to make sure you're in the right position when you skate or work out! If you don't have a base, there is nothing to build from.

Recommended workout protocol:
5-10 sets:
30 second jog between every exercise.
- 1min skater position
-1min skater squats
-1min (change leg after 30sec) one leg skater squats.
-30sec one leg position (change leg after 15sec)
