Classic Peanut Mochi 糯米糍 | Vivienne's Foodie Diary

This classic recipe brings back so many childhood memories. Passed down from one generation to another, these classic Peanut Mochi desserts are definitely a favourite!

Soft fluffy mochi wrapped over the delicious sweet peanut filling! All you need is Glutinous rice flour, water, Sugar and unsalted/flavoured peanuts. Perfect to make with the kids or loved ones at home.
Edit: I used cooked glutinous Rice Flour for sprinkling and coating the mochi at the end. You can buy this in your local oriental supermarkets.
